Refund policy
Returns within 30 days of delivery
You have 30 days after your order is delivered to return eligible items. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items and gift cards are nonrefundable.
How to start a return
Email selfproclaimedstar83@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return so we can help with the next steps. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If we provide a return shipping label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, consider using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Items returned outside the 30-day window, or items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error, may qualify for only a partial refund or may be ineligible.

Damaged or defective items
We offer exchanges for the same item when an item is defective or damaged. Email selfproclaimedstar83@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can help. Exchange delivery times vary by location.
Gift returns
If an eligible item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return once it is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the gift giver's original payment method.
